LED street light shape structure

The design of LED street lights is novel, ingenious in structure, full of modern flavor, in line with the trend of the times. In terms of heat dissipation, we have creatively adopted an air convection cavity aluminum radiator design. The upper and lower layers of the LED street light radiator dissipate heat. The surface is connected by eight vertical ribs in the middle, which are transparent at the front and rear, and there are air convection holes on the left and right sides. The LED street light enhances the air circulation inside the cavity and facilitates the discharge of heat, thereby effectively improving the heat conduction of the LED light source. The above unique heat dissipation design scheme ensures the safe working temperature of the high-power LED light source below 45°C.

Independent research and development and design of metal bolt type high-power LED light source. To improve the stability of the LED street light, we use the original imported LED light-emitting chip. The LED light-emitting chip of the LED street light is directly encapsulated on the top of the nut of the metal bolt. When the LED street light is assembled, the LED metal bolt is directly screwed on the aluminum. It effectively integrates the LED street light and the radiator, which changes the current situation of traditional high-power LED light sources using thermal silica for heat conduction, and greatly improves the relationship between the LED street light and the aluminum radiator. The heat transfer efficiency between the two effectively ensures that the service life of the LED street light source is greater than 60,000 hours. At the same time, high-quality Taiwanese phosphors are used to make the brightness of a single LED street light reach more than 80 lumens. And there are a variety of color temperatures to choose from, which can meet the needs of different color temperatures on different occasions.

The LED street light adopts a unique secondary optical lens module and a "ribbon spot" light design. The length of the spot is determined by the angle of the LED light, to reasonably control the light distribution. LED street light avoids the superposition and waste of light, reduces the light loss, and realizes the connection of the strip-shaped spots between the light poles, making it reach the country Various brightness indicators are specified by the standard. LED street light eliminates LED glare and protects the LED light source while ensuring ideal road illumination and uniformity.


Drive circuit and light source module

LED street light DC 9V-30V or AC 84V-264V wide voltage input drive circuit design.
