This year is a crucial year for Lattice Technology to comprehensively and deeply carry out standardization construction. In order to adapt to the company's strategic planning and development goals, improve the knowledge structure and business skills of existing personnel, and vigorously promote the standardization of technology and management, the company has established a training college. In order to further promote the normalization of training, empowerment, and standardization of technical management, the Training College organized the second phase of "Technical Standardization" training from October 6th to 7th, with over 160 participants both online and offline.
This training session is taught by a lecturer appointed by the training college. The content of the training includes both theoretical knowledge learning, case analysis, and practical presentation, making it exciting and diverse. In the training class, the lecturers provided students with a more comprehensive understanding of the product, project operation and implementation, and road survey knowledge through new product knowledge explanation, analysis and summary of key project issues, and project exploration. At the same time, by setting up training courses such as on-site investigation and practical exercises, students' on-site adaptability and problem-solving abilities are further enhanced, and their business skills are improved.
